You will need at least two years experience either in HR or People Operation and be seeking a career in HR. The company requires someone who enjoys being part of a team but has the capability to work autonomously. This is a true generalist role in a progressive and supportive company.

Your responsibilities will include

Recruitment and Onboarding/Off Boarding.

HR Operations and Compliance.

Learning and Development Support

Performance and Employee Relations

Salary £32-35000 per annum plus outstanding benefits package and hybrid working with three days in the office.
