Our Global Product Innovation team and on the hunt for an exceptionally talented and experienced team player, to support our team to deliver further brand awareness and equity to our ever-growing community of Bondi Babes, worldwide!

What is the role?

As our Product Innovation Manager, you will successfully manage the day-to-day organisation of multiple new projects and current product assigned to all categories - SPF, Self-Tan & Accessories. In this role, you will drive product and innovation projects with well-devised product roadmaps to ensure delivery of products on time, within budget, and to specification.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Leading the end-to-end project management of NPD pipeline from project approval to distribution
• Assist in establishing the product’s vision by providing research and insights on the market and consumer to appraise ideas for market viability
• Work together with cross-functional teams and suppliers to build out detailed project plans
• Create and manage Project Briefs, in conjunction with cross-functional partners; maintain and update assortment files and marketing calendars
• Monitor and maintain on-time delivery of critical project milestones, update and track PD timelines
• Create product profiles to include dermatological positioning, product concepts, product claims, technology and key product attributes, ensuring cross-functional team alignment
• Leading discussions between vendors and the internal cross functional team to ensure that all critical milestones are met
• Evaluate formula submissions with Global Head of Product Innovation, Senior Global Product Innovation Manager and Director of Brand Marketing
• Assist with costings, liaising with manufacturers to provide quotations and placing orders in a timely manner
• Work with the design team on new and existing packaging artwork briefs
• Maintain excellent relationship with suppliers, working to understand their goals, market conditions, challenges, competitive activities and possible unique opportunities.
• Work closely with Global Head of Product Innovation on global market launches to ensure market readiness with compliant, tolerable and desirable new global product launches and reformulations

So, who are you?

You could be our new Product Innovation Manager! With at least 3 years’ experience in product development and a relevant tertiary qualification, ideally within the beauty, health or FMCG industry. You have a proven track record of delivering new product development from concept through to launch, alongside external stakeholders while staying on time and within budget.

You are highly organised with strong project management skills, and thrive under pressure, successfully managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You enjoy building strong relationships and working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. With a collaborative hands-on approach and creative mindset, you communicate plans clearly, problem-solving effectively, and ensure all parties remain aligned throughout the process.
