Insights Analyst- Digital Trade and Commercial Insights

What You’ll Do
Sitting with the Digital Trade and Commercial Insights COE supporting the Food eCom Business Unit, your remit will be broad, working across customer, digital and commercial analytics. Measure track and optimise the performance of marketing campaigns and/or merchandising and trade activities, delivering actionable insights to drive our eCommerce business.
You will have ideally have worked in customer analytics and love to collaborate and have a passion for continuous learning and thrive working in complex and multi stakeholder environments.

What You’ll Do
Sitting with the Digital Trade and Commercial Insights COE supporting the Food eCom Business Unit, your remit will be broad, working across customer, digital and commercial analytics. Measure track and optimise the performance of marketing campaigns and/or merchandising and trade activities, delivering actionable insights to drive our eCommerce business.
- Provide insights to inform strategic decision making by analysing various customer, commercial, and digital data sets
- Build reports and customised data models/dashboards to track & evaluate performance of commercial activities such campaigns & promotions, proof of concepts (POC), and more
- Work across multiple systems in content management, financial reporting, & BI
- Collaborate with BI team on dashboard requirements, use cases, and designs
- Prioritise and respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from internal stakeholders
- Be an advocate of analytics and collaborate within the Digital Trade & Commercial Insights CoE to promote knowledge sharing
You will have ideally have worked in customer analytics and love to collaborate and have a passion for continuous learning and thrive working in complex and multi stakeholder environments.
- 2+ years experience in an Analyst or Retail (Buying, Pricing, Replenishment Planning) role
- Experience working in a test-and-learn focused environment preferred
- Strong data visualisation and communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Strong SQL, data analysis, Python and modelling skills
- Experience with BigQuery, Tableau, and Looker Studio highly desirable
- Able to synthesise large amounts of data from a variety of sources
