Role Overview

We are hiring Software Engineers to support the development and evaluation of advanced Artificial Intelligence systems.

In this role, you will create, review, and improve programming-related content and evaluate AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and clarity.

This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity suited for professionals with strong programming skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts in written Spanish, with working proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and review computer science and programming content used to train AI models
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and reliability
• Identify logical errors, performance issues, and inconsistencies in AI outputs
• Provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to improve AI responses
• Explain programming concepts clearly in written Spanish and English
• Collaborate across multiple projects based on technical expertise and availability
• Adhere to project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or currently pursuing)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++
• Professional proficiency in Spanish for technical communication
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in software engineering, backend development, or full-stack development
• Working proficiency in English

Compensation

• Hourly compensation ranging from USD $15–$32, based on experience and task complexity
• Payments issued weekly via supported payout platforms
• Total monthly earnings depend on hours worked
• Contractors are responsible for applicable taxes and statutory obligations
