Role Description
- Creation and optimization of Brand Stores across key US e-Retailer platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart), including store architecture (homepage, subpages, categories) and implementation in Amazon Store Builder.
- Content management and quality assurance, including selection, uploading, proofreading, SEO optimization, and updates of banners, lifestyle images, videos, descriptions, CTAs, product catalogs, PIM maintenance, file management, and data migration.
- Brand consistency and compliance, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and coherence across Brand Stores, listings, and advertising.
- Strategy development and UX optimization, covering storytelling, sales-driven architecture, category recommendations, and advising on brand experience and content improvements.
- Performance analysis and reporting, using Store Insights, Brand Analytics, heatmaps, clicks, and user paths to deliver data-driven optimization and clear performance reports.
- Testing and continuous optimization, including A/B testing of layouts, messaging, and product selections to improve CTR, conversion rate, and time spent on site.
- Cross-functional collaboration and expertise, working closely with creatives, briefing designers and copywriters, participating in client meetings when needed, and staying up to date with eCommerce trends and e-Retailer functionalities.
- Strong eCommerce expertise, with proven experience across major e-retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart), including Brand Stores capabilities, best-in-class executions, and full proficiency in Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Brand Stores
- Experience with PIM/DAM systems, covering asset organization, maintenance, and content syndication across e-retailer platforms
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, combined with strong analytical skills and effective project management to drive performance and optimization
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and high attention to detail
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
- Individual contractor agreement through the Deel platform or B2B
