Digital & Data is central to their vision: building leading digital healthcare platforms, accelerating drug discovery, and enhancing patient outcomes through data, AI, and advanced analytics.


Main responsibilities:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to build and maintain scalable data pipelines.
  • Design and optimize ETL processes in AWS for data transformation, ingestion, and governance.
  • Enable integration of regulatory data into the Knowledge Graph.
  • Support ML workflows by providing clean, structured data and deploying models into production.
  • Ensure compliance with GxP, SOX, and data privacy standards.
  • Contribute to DataOps and MLOps best practices using GitHub CI/CD, Airflow, and containerized deployments.


Requirements:

You are a proactive Data Engineer with experience delivering reliable data pipelines, driving automation, and supporting analytics and AI initiatives within a highly regulated environment. You are collaborative, solutions-focused, and committed to data quality, governance, and security.


Experience & skills:

  • Strong background in automation, data models, and query optimization.
  • Experience with compliance and cybersecurity; healthcare industry exposure is a plus.
  • Proficient in AWS, SQL, data warehousing (Snowflake preferred), and Python or R.
  • Familiar with GitHub, PowerBI/Tableau, and monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk).
  • Knowledge of real-world healthcare data (EHR, Claims) and standards (OMOP, FHIR).
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and team collaboration skills.


Education & languages:

  • Degree in computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in English and French.
