Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support software development initiatives by gathering and translating business requirements into clear functional solutions. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, process optimisation, and active participation in testing and delivery phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and coordinate business and functional requirements
- Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Analyse, optimise, and document business processes
- Conceptualise new features and enhancements
- Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear user stories
- Support and conduct functional testing to ensure requirements are met
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
Mandatory Requirements:
3+ years of experience in:
- Business Analysis
- Process management
- Requirements engineering within software development projects
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- German and English at B2 level (CEFR) or higher
- Long-term availability and commitment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Knowledge of leasing processes
- Hands-on experience with:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Experience or certification in:
- SAFe
- SOFICO Miles
