Bluebird Care Dublin Northeast is expanding our home care team in Dublin 3, 5 & Dublin 13, and we're looking for kind, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants.

This Role Will Include:

• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting with mobility and transfers
• Preparing meals and supporting with feeding if needed
• Giving companionship and emotional support
• Medication prompts and light household duties
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Promoting independence and dignity
• Driving to and from clients' homes throughout your shift
  
  

Requirements:

As a community-based Healthcare Assistant, you will travel between clients' homes in the D3, D5 & D13 area to provide care and support.

Essential:

• Living in Dublin 3, Dublin 5 or Dublin 13
• Full Irish driving licence and own vehicle prefered.
• Very good spoken and written English
• Legal right to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship available)
• Available to work at least every second weekend
  
  

Desirable:

• At least 2 QQI Level 5 modules (Care Skills & Care of the Older Person)
• Experience in a care setting (professional or personal)
• OR a caring nature with willingness to complete QQI training
