We are seeking a seasoned Senior Power Platform Developer with a specialization in Microsoft Copilot Studios to optimize internal business processes and elevate existing applications through AI-driven enhancements.

This role is pivotal in proliferating the integration of Microsoft Copilot technology across the organization to foster innovation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio for both declarative and custom agents
• Communicate with business users to define specific requirements and deliver personalized Microsoft Copilot implementations
• Serve as a business solutions architect to unify the development strategy within the team
• Create custom connectors to facilitate seamless data integration with Microsoft Copilot
• Enhance integration of Copilot solutions with Power Platform tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and internal resources
• Deliver technical support for existing solutions while addressing issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Proficiency in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Teams and SharePoint environments
• Background in integrating REST APIs, Azure services, and developing custom connectors
• Expertise in Copilot AI, Azure OpenAI, with familiarity of AI methodologies or large language models (LLMs)
• Competency in solving complex challenges and translating business needs into effective technical approaches
• Advanced English communication skills at a B2+ level

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture and system scalability strategies
• Skills in working with multi-cloud environments, including AWS or Google Cloud
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) methodologies
• Capability to adapt quickly to emerging technologies
