Our client is seeking a proactive, organised, and dependable professional to ensure the smooth running of their office and provide essential first-line IT support. This position suits someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in being the go-to person for both office coordination and day-to-day IT needs. The office is located near the airport.


Your Responsibilities


Office Support (70%)

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including stock, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and maintain office compliance with internal policies
  • Support invoice processing, expense reporting, and tracking small operational budgets
  • Arrange travel bookings, manage itineraries, and handle travel documentation
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees (workstations, access setup, welcome materials)
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager on internal projects and process improvements
  • Maintain an organised, efficient, and well-equipped office environment


IT Support (30%)

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity problems
  • Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration: user setup, password resets, licence management, and group access
  • Manage and track IT equipment, including laptops, monitors, and accessories
  • Liaise with external IT service providers for escalated issues or maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain shared systems such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Support the rollout of new tools, updates, and basic staff training on systems


Your Profile

  • 2–5 years’ experience in office administration, coordination, or IT support
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel)
  • Confident troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues and coordinating with service providers
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable liaising with internal teams and suppliers
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
  • Reliable, discreet, and enjoys being the trusted go-to person in the team
