Executive Assistant
Our client, a leading private equity investment firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Luxembourg office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in an international and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in supporting a busy Executive Team, ensuring the smooth coordination of their schedules, extensive international travel, and day-to-day operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate extensive international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visas.
- Oversee internal reporting, including expense management and team-related administrative tasks.
- Organise meetings and events in Luxembourg and abroad, from sourcing venues and coordinating logistics to providing on-site support when required.
- Liaise with portfolio companies, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.
- Work closely with fellow Executive Assistants and provide wider office management support as needed.
Your Profile
- Experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in managing international business travel within and outside the EU.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and discreet, with proven reliability.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
