Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Core Banking System rollouts according to the defined migration strategy.
• Work closely with multiple Project Managers and the Program Manager to align schedules, dependencies, and priorities.
• Coordinate business, IT, operations teams, and external vendors involved in the deployments.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks associated with the rollouts (operational, technical, business).
• Ensure the readiness of the entities involved (preparation, communication, training, support).
• Supervise the cutover, go-live, and hyper care phases.
• Monitor progress, post-deployment incidents, and provide regular reporting.

Skills:

• Solid experience in managing rollouts and deployments of complex systems.
• Good understanding of Core Banking Systems and regulated banking environments.
• Excellent multi-project and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Strong ability to anticipate, manage risks, and solve problems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree (engineering, information systems, finance, or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Rollout Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent role on IT transformation programs.
• Experience with Core Banking System migration projects is highly desirable.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Rigorous, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in complex and demanding environments.
