What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively monitor and ensure the operational health of client IT infrastructure and systems by identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems.
- Lead and support incident resolution processes to ensure swift restoration of services.
- Implement and maintain Microsoft Windows Server technologies (Windows 2016 and above), System Center products such as SCOM, SCCM, and Orchestrator.
- Design and deploy solutions incorporating WAN/LAN technologies, storage systems, and database systems, particularly Microsoft SQL.
- Develop and utilize scripts (e.g., Powershell) for automation and efficiency.
- Manage Active Directory services, including DHCP, DNS, and GPO, while maintaining firewall rules and concepts.
- Collaborate in a dynamic, multinational environment, driving client-focused service and solutions.
- Take ownership of responsibilities, lead technical teams, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to structured problem-solving and adhere to ITIL processes for operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent level through experience and professional training
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Extensive experience with Windows infrastructure in mid-to-large size environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and System Center products.
- Familiarity with WAN/LAN technologies, storage systems, Active Directory, and firewall principles.
- Advanced scripting proficiency, particularly Powershell, to automate and enhance processes.
- Proven ability to design complex architectures and solve problems methodically.
- Service-oriented mindset and ability to communicate effectively in multicultural settings.
- Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Experience with McAfee ePO and related tools (VirusScan, Policy Auditor).
- Familiarity with certificate-enabled technologies (SSL/TLS, S/MIME, Authentication, etc.).
- Knowledge of VMware products, PKI implementation, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Understanding of modern IT practices, including DevOps and cloud operations.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English , any other European languages are considered a plus.
