What You'll Be Doing

Our teams work at the intersection of DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, and IoT/Edge technologies, building solutions that are both technically robust and business-relevant. What You'll Be Doing
- Define scalable, secure, and reusable platform architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
- Build infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and observability stacks.
- Embed security by design—threat modeling, IAM, secrets management, and secure configurations.
- Establish GitOps workflows, IaC standards, and reliability practices (SLA/SLO, autoscaling, cost optimization).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives (docs, workshops, templates).
- Advocate for automated testing, resilience strategies, and maintainable, observable solutions.
- Architect streaming/batch pipelines with governance and schema evolution.
- Define edge compute strategies, secure provisioning, and lightweight runtimes for constrained devices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in DevOps and Cybersecurity, with exposure to Data Engineering and/or IoT/Edge.
- Proven success in delivering production-grade distributed systems and edge-enabled platforms.
- Strong coding/scripting skills (Python, Go, Java) and IaC expertise (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Kafka/Pulsar, Airflow, Spark/Flink, and observability tools.
- Practical cybersecurity knowledge: threat modeling, PKI, IAM, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.
- Preferred Certifications: AWS/GCP/Azure Architect, CISSP, CCSP, CKA
- Excellent communicator—able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Passionate mentor and teacher—comfortable leading workshops and writing clear documentation.
- Collaborative mindset—experienced in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Pragmatic problem-solver—balances speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
- Security-first thinker—committed to building resilient and trustworthy systems.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
