What Awaits You

  • You will be responsible for the security solutions used in the BMW Group in the areas of PAM/EPM, file erasure and reporting
  • You will be in close contact and cooperation with the respective product teams in the areas of Hardware Devices, Industrial Devices and more, both in German-speaking countries and internationally
  • You are responsible for the further development (roadmaps) and consolidation of the solutions used based on strategic guidelines
  • You manage the commissioned providers with global operational responsibility, both in terms of content and financially

What Should You Bring Along

  • University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role
  • Infrastructure knowledge: on-prem, windows server, virtualization, monitoring, backup, log analysis, networking, troubleshooting
  • Cybersecurity knowledge: firewall, encryption, vulnerabilities, VPN, MFA, public wi-fi networks
  • Collaboration Skills: experience working in agile/SCRUM teams using Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira)
  • Scripting knowledge: PowerShell, automation
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
  • German communication skills will be a plus
