We are seeking a Head of Data, Analytics & AI Program Management to lead strategic initiatives that enable smarter decisions and innovation across all global functions. Reporting directly to our SVP Data & Analytics, this role acts as a bridge between strategic business objectives and execution, ensuring programs deliver measurable impact, align with priorities, and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the enterprise Data, Analytics & AI vision and strategy, and lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs—from business case development through successful implementation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps.
- Define scope, objectives, and success metrics for strategic initiatives in collaboration with business leaders, IT, Data & Analytics teams.
- Maintain a holistic view of the data, analytics & AI portfolio, ensuring timely execution within budget and quality standards.
- Drive prioritization and resource allocation across programs, resolving conflicts and managing dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Build new capabilities and teams from scratch across data management, engineering, analytics, and AI.
- Drive structural changes, operating model evolution, and governance frameworks to enable transformation at scale.
- Support change management and upskilling initiatives to promote a data-driven culture.
What We Require
- 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
- 3-5 years of program or project management experience.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide data, analytics or AI programs.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and AI technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with modern data governance frameworks.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience shaping multi-year data/AI strategy and translating into execution roadmaps.
- Hands-on experience building teams and capabilities in a global context.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- PMP Certification.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
- German is a strong plus.
