At Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Senior Power BI Specialist to join our teams at a major tech company in Madrid. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining and evolving Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring that stakeholders have reliable, high-quality insights to support decision-making.
Work model: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)

Work model: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance existing Power BI dashboards, ensuring data is updated daily and issues are resolved promptly
- Design and develop new dashboards, reports and KPIs based on evolving business needs
- Perform data analysis and translate business questions into clear, visual insights and stories
- Review current dashboards to identify critical KPIs and assess advanced analytics requirements
- Define and implement a roadmap for maintaining and industrializing existing Power BI assets
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and validate deliverables
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders
- Work with data sources and tools such as Power BI, SQL and Snowflake, applying best practices in data modeling and performance optimization
- Solid experience as a Power BI Developer / Power BI Specialist in data-driven environments
- Strong skills in data modelling and DAX for complex measures and calculations
- Experience in data integration and transformation, including working with multiple data sources
- Advanced knowledge of Power Query to extract, transform and load data into Power BI
- Good command of SQL; experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake) is highly valued
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented way
- Fluent / proficient English and Spanish is mandatory
