Accountabilities
- Establish a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the organization's mission
- Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on client needs and market trends
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather insights and understand regional priorities
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment with business goals and communicate objectives clearly
- Utilize a strategic mindset to navigate competing priorities and drive initiatives that enhance service offerings
- Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback for strategic decision-making
- 8+ years of experience in product management, especially with web applications in the insurance or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is required
- Proven track record of successful digital product delivery enhancing client engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools to measure product performance
