As a pivotal role, you'll drive the product vision and strategy for the Client Portal website, ensuring alignment with our organization’s strategic goals while addressing the diverse needs of clients across various regions. You'll engage with senior stakeholders to gather insights that enhance client satisfaction and prioritize features that contribute to business outcomes. Accountabilities
- Establish a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the organization's mission
- Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on client needs and market trends
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather insights and understand regional priorities
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment with business goals and communicate objectives clearly
- Utilize a strategic mindset to navigate competing priorities and drive initiatives that enhance service offerings
- Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback for strategic decision-making
- 8+ years of experience in product management, especially with web applications in the insurance or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Previous insurance agency/brokerage experience is required
- Proven track record of successful digital product delivery enhancing client engagement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
- Experience with data analytics tools to measure product performance
