Once Here You Will
- Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive design systems that cater to the needs of complex enterprise systems.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure a seamless and efficient user experience across all platforms.
- Establish and uphold design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain consistency and quality.
- Develop and manage design tokens and automation processes to enhance workflow efficiency and team collaboration.
- Actively evaluate and refine the design system to meet evolving user requirements and technological advancements.
- Advocate for design system methodologies within the client's organisation, mentoring team members and promoting a culture of design innovation.
- A visual design expert with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your skill and experience in developing large-scale design systems.
- 5+ years of experience with design systems, particularly in creating and evolving design systems for complex enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like GitHub, Supernova, or similar.
- A deep understanding of automation tools, design token structure, and their integration into design workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, adept at translating business needs into creative design solutions.
