DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role
Role purpose
Responsible for driving postsales and presales activity for responsible Vendors. Follow up PoC, Demo, product based solution, prepare lab environment, educate or enable related partners.
Strategic Priorities & Key Outcomes
- Visit all related partners montly based,
- Do healtcheck for all postsales customers, quarter based,
- To be enable for all product portfolio,
- Get all necessary certifications for PS and increase vendor based customers for PS
- Responsible for all product portfolio to enable partner
Sales & Channel Execution
- Cultivate strong relationships with top partners and vendors for resposnbile product
- Manage channels and adapt strategy to market trends.
- Support sales enablement, talent development, and performance management.
- Install, configure, and manage products which you will be dedicated PaloAlto Networks, Infoblox and Proofpoit product family.
- Working with Sale Team to follow up new Project, to support Sale Team with technical issue and plan demo and PoC to cover customer satisfaction.
- Manage and closely work with vendor technical teams to cover all the technical aspects which is addres by Vendors.
- Plan technical workshop, event and activity for dedicated product to ensure product reputation, product value added
- Working with marketing team and customers for create new value added services or expand number of services and ensure all the service KPI's
- Provide Technical Support to customers and partners for dedicated product.
- Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers.
- Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.
- Visit customers in the event of a critical situation to expedite resolution as required.
- Enable partners for Vectra product family,
- Follow up partner trainings and certifications,
- Be aware for business continuity and risk management plans.
The Ideal Security Engineer
- Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electronical and Communications Engineering or relevand fields.
- 3-4+ years experience at least for 2 products
- Strong understanding of customer dynamics, partner ecosystems, and vendor requests.
- Fluent in English
- Strong communicator with all partners
