We are a performance-based cart recovery company powered by trained human call center agents. We help large e-commerce brands and retailers recover abandoned carts, wish lists, and dormant customer databases, generating significant incremental revenue.
We operate across three continents with 200+ agents and recover millions in revenue for our clients every month.
The Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Developer to acquire enterprise retail and e-commerce clients in the UAE. This is a high-impact, front-line sales role focused on closing large, strategic accounts with major regional retailers.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging senior decision-makers, and closing high-value enterprise contracts.

- Other leading regional retailers and e-commerce platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage senior decision-makers (Head of E-commerce, CMO, COO, CEO)
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
- Close high-value enterprise deals (up to €10M+ contract value)
- Present cart recovery, retention, and wish list recovery solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Represent the company professionally in the UAE market
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Proven B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, SaaS, or tech-enabled services
- Strong hunter mindset with a demonstrated track record of closing deals
- Existing network within the UAE retail or e-commerce ecosystem is a strong advantage
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
- Arabic is a plus, but not required
