We are expanding our product team in the UAE and hiring a Senior Product Manager for an internal role to lead key parts of the NextMatch AI platform used by job seekers and employers worldwide.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager based in the UAE, you will own product outcomes for critical areas of the platform, such as:

• Candidate onboarding, verification and profile flows
• Employer dashboards, job management and API integrations
• Matching, shortlisting and reporting experiences

You will work at the intersection of business, engineering, design and data, turning customer problems into clear roadmaps and shipped features that move real metrics.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants ownership, pace and direct contact with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your product area
• Deeply understand candidate and employer needs through data, interviews and feedback
• Write clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design
• Prioritise features and trade-offs based on impact, effort and company goals
• Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality releases on time
• Define and track success metrics such as activation, conversion, retention and NPS
• Run experiments and iterate based on results and qualitative signals
• Collaborate with sales, success and operations to support launches and adoption
• Communicate product decisions and status clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in Product Management
• Experience owning a product or major feature set in B2B SaaS, platforms, marketplaces or HR tech
• Comfortable working with engineering teams on APIs, workflows and data-driven systems
• Strong skills in writing specifications, structuring problems and prioritising roadmaps
• Able to interpret product metrics, dashboards and funnel data to make decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment
• Must be based in the UAE and able to work UAE business hours

Nice to Have

• Background in HR tech, recruitment platforms or ATS products
• Experience with AI-powered features or recommendation systems
• Previous work with remote and distributed teams
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma and analytics platforms
