This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat for a Brand Partnership Manager. The role involves creating and managing strategic brand partnerships to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating potential partner relationships, developing partnership strategies aligned with company goals, overseeing partnership agreements, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also requires analyzing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Strong skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to identify, build, and manage meaningful collaborations.
- Experience in Account Management and the ability to nurture and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and presenting partnership proposals.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate partnership performance and develop data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; experience in brand management or events is a plus.
