We’re Hiring | HR Coordinator (Brazil)
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator with 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Brazil. This role will support core Human Resources activities while ensuring alignment with local labor legislation and Company Global HR standards.
The HR Coordinator will support day-to-day HR operations, acting as a key partner for employees and leadership. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Portuguese and English/ Spanish.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources (generalist or coordinator role)
- Good English level (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Solid knowledge of Brazilian labor laws
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits, and employee administration
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and ethical behavior
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support employee lifecycle management: hiring, contracts, amendments, and offboarding
- Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, time and attendance control
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and Brazilian labor legislation
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR reports
- Support internal HR programs such as training, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies and processes
