We are seeking a skilled Network & Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our APAC IT team, with a primary focus on supporting operations in Australia and New Zealand. This role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our network systems and provides occasional leadership support for the Sydney-based IT team.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Network & Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our APAC IT team, with a primary focus on supporting operations in Australia and New Zealand. This role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficiency of our network systems and provides occasional leadership support for the Sydney-based IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support network and infrastructure activities for both Australia and New Zealand.
- Monitor and analyse network performance across the organization’s LANs, WANs, and wireless deployments.
- Ensure the stable operation and efficient performance of company networks.
- Management of local servers and VMWare (vCenter and ESX)
- Proven experience in network and infrastructure support.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- University Degree/College Diploma or equivalent job experience.
- Routing and Switching technologies – Cisco
- Firewall expertise – Fortigate, Palo Alto
- SDWAN – Versa
- Exceptional trouble shooting capabilities
