Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Online SalesManager to lead key aspects of PL management, product planning, and pricing strategy within a dynamic eCommerce environment. This role is critical to driving revenue growth, optimizing commercial performance, and ensuring a competitive product portfolio for the local market. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen, thrives under pressure, and excels in cross-functional collaboration to deliver on ambitious financial and strategic objectives.

Commercial Management PL

  • Deliver on key KPIs: Revenue, CAS, BMC Gross Profit, Controllable Expenses, PCON, through the right MIX (routes, segments, product).
  • Monitor and present periodic results to ensure proper execution of the eCommerce strategy.
  • Adjust tactical actions and commercial levers proactively to close gaps and ensure achievement of financial targets

Product Planing

  • Work closely with the Brand Manager to define a competitive portfolio for local market.
  • Manage replenishment and product planning (FOMs) to avoid stock-outs and overstock situations.
  • Balance MTM and CTO correctly to deliver a strong value proposition.

Pricing Portfolio

  • Own Pricing portfolio that aligns with route financial targets, ensuring it is fully auditable and strategically structured.
  • Coordinate campaigns with Marketing and Merchandising teams, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and promotional calendar.
  • Deliver a tactical weekly portfolio plan with aligned promotions, ensuring constant rotation and a healthy WOI.

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams (PRO, Merch, Marketing, Tele, Ops, Local Segments, Finance, GM) and external partners (GFK, marketplaces, affinity programs, industry chambers).
  • Negotiate and manage relationships to secure proper support in pricing, logistics, and commercial execution.

Technical and Functional Requirements

  • Commercial Management PL: Proven experience managing financial KPIs (Revenue, CAS, BMC Gross Profit, PCON, controllable expenses).
  • Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools for monitoring and presenting results.
  • Product Planning: Knowledge of inventory management, stock planning (FOMs), and balancing MTM/CTO.
  • Pricing and Commercial Strategy: Experience in pricing portfolio management, promotional campaigns, and product rotation.
  • eCommerce and Digital Marketing: Previous experience in online sales environments, marketplaces, or digital strategies.

Core Competencies

  • Business Orientation: Ability to adjust tactics and commercial levers to achieve financial targets.
  • Pressure Management: Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Operations) and external partners.
  • Advanced English: High-level proficiency in both written and spoken English.
