About the Role
His/ Her primary responsibility will be to engage with client GSMEs and Champion users to ensure they are comfortable using the new ERP system.
Responsibilities
- This resource should be available in the office for four days a week, from Monday to Thursday, and will be based in the Hoogstraten office in Belgium.
- The person would work with offshore team in India to acquire knowledge of the new ERP system.
- Interact with offshore team during the week to understand new system as and when new functionality is made available to GSMEs while continue to engage with GSMEs in case of challenges/issues faced by GSMEs and end users.
Qualifications
- Having some IT background (at least as a user of IT systems) would be required.
- Having worked in Manufacturing industry or business process knowledge of Manufacturing industry would be a plus (though not mandatory).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of business processes in Manufacturing.
