Job Description
- Support payroll administration by preparing and checking HR data, absences and contracts.
- Handle HR administration across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, personnel files, offboarding).
- Provide administrative support to recruitment processes (interview planning, documentation, follow-up).
- Assist in training coordination and HR development initiatives.
- Maintain and update HR systems and personnel databases.
- Respond to employee HR-related questions in a professional and service-oriented manner.
- Support HR projects and process improvements where needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent through experience.
- First experience in HR administration (around 1 year) is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Dutch, French, …) are an asset.
- Strong interest in Hard HR, payroll processes and HR systems.
- Proactive and organised.
- Positive mindset and eager to learn.
- A junior HR role with real learning opportunities in a structured medical environment.
- Exposure to multiple HR domains, with long-term growth possibilities.
