What this role is about

We are now looking for a Compliance Engineer who will take ownership of the overall product compliance domain and be responsible for the design and planning of verification and validation activities.

The role covers product standards, certification, and the execution of verification and validation. You will be responsible for ensuring that compliance and testing work both technically and as a process. You will put standards into practice and ensure that we have robust, auditable evidence for certification, customers, and authorities.

This role is highly cross-functional, and the exact responsibilities will be tailored to match the selected candidate’s experience and interests.

What you’ll be involved in:

• Ensuring product compliance with international and European standards (e.g. CE, EMC, RED, UL, ISO)
• Monitoring and applying regulatory changes in collaboration with internal teams
• Planning product verification and validation together with R&D
• Developing testing and compliance processes, metrics, and ways of working
• Providing internal guidance and sharing knowledge on regulations, testing requirements, and standards
• Supporting customers in regulatory topics such as functional safety and cybersecurity, helping to reduce risk and strengthen competitiveness

• Has strong documentation skills and enjoys creating clear, structured materials

• Is curious about standards, regulations, and how they are applied in practice
