Your mission
Cofinity-X GmbH is based in Cologne and was founded in 2023. It is a joint venture of BASF, BMW Group, Henkel, Mercedes-Benz, SAP, Schaeffler, Siemens, T-Systems, Volkswagen and ZF. The vision of Cofinity-X is to run an open marketplace for the provision of own and third-party business applications and further services that enable secured and standardized data transfer along the automotive value chain in accordance with the Gaia-X and Catena-X principles with initial focus on the European market.

Your mission
- Provide IT support to our internal staff to ensure their smooth day-to-day operation
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
- Actively participatein troubleshooting IT issues and support network and security setup
- Train our employees in the efficient use of IT resources
- Maintain and update internal support documentation
- Manage users and permissions
- Completed education all degree in the IT fieldor similar experience
- Experience in troubleshooting and IT support
- Experience in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
- Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
- Optional: Software Deployments
- Optional: Administration of Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence etc.)
- High levelof customer orientation and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Optional: German)
