A high-growth, well-funded B2B SaaS startup is expanding into Europe and building its first sales team in the region. After significant success in North America, the company is now investing heavily in Europe — and this is a rare chance to join early, learn fast, and grow with the business.


This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their SaaS sales career who is ambitious, curious, and excited by the idea of helping bring a much-loved product to a new market.


Please note - you must be based in Ireland for this role.


The Opportunity

You’ll be part of the founding European go-to-market team, working remotely and collaborating closely with experienced sales leaders based internationally. You’ll play a key role in building pipeline, engaging prospective customers, and helping define what “great” looks like for the sales organisation as it scales.


This is not a transactional call-centre role - you’ll be learning real consultative SaaS sales in a business with strong product-market fit, a global customer base, and a mission-driven product.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage potential customers via outbound and inbound channels
  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Learn how to run discovery conversations with thoughtful, intelligent buyers
  • Use modern sales tools and processes to manage outreach and pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership as the European team takes shape
  • Develop strong product and market knowledge in a fast-moving environment
