Are you passionate about crafting delightful mobile experiences and eager to make a real impact on products used by thousands of customers? At Sage, we’re looking for an iOS Developer to join our Sage Sales Management team and help build high-quality, scalable mobile applications that users love.
In this role, you’ll be a key contributor throughout the entire delivery lifecycle. From ideation and architecture to implementation, testing, and release. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to ship elegant, performant, and reliable iOS features that deliver a seamless user experience.
But that’s not all! You’ll also have the chance to work with a seasoned senior development team, evolve our mobile architecture, and strengthen our CI/CD and testing and building practices. We’re modernizing our stack refactoring from Objective-C to Swift and SwiftUI and accelerating delivery with automation. You’ll be at the heart of it.

🏡/🏢 This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Barcelona office.
First 90 Days
- 30 days – Ramp up on Sage’s mobile tech stack, architecture, and product roadmap. Pair with team members to accelerate onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- 60 days – Actively contribute to key product initiatives and features in development. Demonstrate increasing ownership and impact within the engineering team. Begin contributing meaningful code to the main product codebase.
- 90 days – Take ownership of feature delivery, from planning to release. Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and best practices. Participate in architectural discussions and help shape technical direction. Influence mobile engineering strategy, support other developers, and help optimize tooling and workflows.
Meet the Team
You’ll report to an Engineering Manager and collaborate closely with backend, design, QA, and product teams in a global agile setup. The mobile team values ownership, quality, and open collaboration.

Snapshot of Your Day-to-Day
You’ll design and implement iOS features using Swift and modern iOS architectures, own technical scoping, ensure UX consistency, and ship well-tested code to production. You’ll lead reviews, guide less experienced developers, and contribute to evolving our mobile architecture and CI/CD tooling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing iOS applications
- Strong proficiency in Objective-C, Swift and the iOS SDK
- Deep knowledge of architecture patterns like VIPER and Clean Architecture
- Experience with SwiftUI, Combine, and UIKit
- Solid understanding of async programming with async/await and Combine publishers
- Strong testing discipline with tools like XCTest, XCUITest, and mocking frameworks
- Fluent in Spanish; English fluency is a plus
