About the Role
A confidential international company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support and manage key HR processes in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
The role requires a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented professional who can handle recruitment, HR administration, onboarding, learning support and daily coordination with managers.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews, feedback and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
HR Administration
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation: onboarding, contract changes, offboarding.
- Coordinate with external providers (occupational health, training, payroll, etc.).
- Maintain and update internal HR systems and employee records.
- Support in preparing reports and assisting with internal/external audits.
People Operations
- Collaborate on internal HR projects (culture, engagement, internal communication, training).
- Provide support to employees, ensuring confidentiality, professionalism and timely responses.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
📚 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (preferred).y
- Experience with Payroll, preferably
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or generalist HR roles.
- Fluency (C1 level) in English, French and Spanish – written and spoken.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with recruitment tools or HR software is a plus.
