ASML may be known as a hardware company, but it hosts one of the world’s largest and most advanced Java environments. As a Java Developer, you will work on highly complex software that runs in cutting-edge semiconductor fabs for customers like Intel, Samsung, and TSMC.
Your role
- Develop complex Java applications for high-tech manufacturing processes
- Work in international Scrum teams (5–10 developers)
- Design, build, test and maintain scalable and reliable software
- Implement and validate algorithms with direct impact on production performance

Java 8/11, Spring Boot, JavaFX, Docker, Git, Maven, JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, CI/CD
Way of working
Agile / Scrum, Pair Programming, BDD, SAFe
Your profile
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, IT or Engineering
- 5+ years of Java development experience (mid or senior level)
- Strong in object-oriented design, automated testing and CI
- Experience working in Scrum teams
Nice to have
Distributed systems, web UI development, monorepos, affinity with data science or machine learning
