Senior IT Specialist (Office365) for Workplace & Identity (ICT Core)
- Location: Veghel
- Duration: 6 months, option to extend
- Salary: € 5.500 - € 7.200
The ICT department has adopted an Agile way of working as part of a transition toward an improved ICT Target Operating Model (TOM). The ICT Core department forms the backbone of the organization’s IT landscape, providing infrastructure, workplace services, low-code platforms, and data transport solutions to the internal organization. ICT Core delivers high-value contributions to the business and develops state-of-the-art digital products.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions (including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) to improve productivity and knowledge sharing across the global organization.
- Ensure security and compliance within collaboration platforms by managing access rights, protecting data, and coordinating with identity and security teams.
- Drive user adoption by creating guidelines, providing enablement materials, and promoting best practices for new features and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners (e.g., Microsoft) to ensure seamless integration of M365 tools with other IT systems and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor usage analytics and gather user feedback to identify improvement opportunities and provide input for the collaboration roadmap.
- Stay current with the latest Microsoft 365 developments (e.g., Teams 2.0, Viva, Loop, Copilot) and assess their relevance and potential value for the organization.
- Use automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Power Platform) to streamline collaboration-related processes and improve consistency and efficiency.
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the digital workplace and support the Product Owner in defining and delivering collaboration-related epics and features within the Agile Release Train.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Workplace & Identity team.
