Om rollen
Som HR Generalist hos oss kommer du att vara en nyckelperson i att stötta våra chefer i hela rekryteringsresan – från att skriva attraktiva jobbannonser till att genomföra intervjuer och utvärdera kandidater. Du rapporterar till Head of HR och kommer att arbeta nära chefer på olika nivåer i bolaget och även vara ett viktigt stöd i breda HR-frågor såsom arbetsmiljö, utbildning och Performance Management.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Vi ser att du har en examen inom HR, psykologi eller liknande och har 1-3 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom HR – gärna med fokus på rekrytering.
Du är utåtriktad, ambitiös och en riktig lagspelare. Du gillar att skapa ordning i en föränderlig miljö och motiveras av att bidra med idéer och expertis som gör skillnad. Du har ett öga för struktur och processer och är skicklig på att planera och driva ditt eget arbete framåt.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
- Driva rekryteringsprocesser från start till mål: annonsering, screening, intervjuer och utvärdering
- Säkerställa efterlevnad och uppdatering av HR-policyer och processer
- Utföra HR-administrativa uppgifter och vara expert på vårt HR-system ( har du tidigare erfarenhet av SAP SuccessFactors blir vi extra glada)
- Stödja chefer i HR-relaterade frågor och projekt
- Samordning av personalvårdande aktiviteter
