Job Description:
🎯 Purpose of the Role
- To facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes.
- To coordinate across teams to ensure value delivery.
- To remove impediments and foster continuous improvement.
- To act as a servant leader and coach for ART members, Product Management, and other stakeholders.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate ART ceremonies: PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and manage risks.
- Support Product Management in backlog prioritization and feature readiness.
- Drive relentless improvement by encouraging problem-solving and innovation.
- Ensure transparency in progress, metrics, and delivery outcomes.
- Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to align expectations and delivery timelines.
🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of SAFe® principles and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and resolve conflicts.
- Experience with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).
- Leadership qualities: servant leadership, coaching mindset, adaptability.
📊 Typical Background
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Program Manager.
- Certifications: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in Agile environments.
