Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies to drive growth and achieve business goals.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, gather feedback, and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders to ensure product alignment with market expectations.
• Negotiate and close deals, demonstrating a strong ability to influence and achieve results.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the company and healthcare professionals, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide training, product support, and clinical insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience in operating room environments, with a solid understanding of surgical workflows and clinical needs.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, KOLs, and internal teams.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
• Highly motivated, with a customer-focused mindset and a passion for driving healthcare innovation.
