About the role
We are onboarding OSS engineers for a critical telecom environment spanning:
- IT & Energy monitoring (facility telemetry, alarms, dashboards) and/or
- Network Creation platforms (planning/creation systems, integrations, operations)
This role suits engineers who enjoy working across OSS platforms + infrastructure/automation and can operate confidently in production.
What you’ll do
Depending on your background, you may work on one or both areas:
A) IT & Energy (Zenon SCADA)
- Operate/maintain Zenon SCADA configurations, alarms, KPIs, and dashboards
- Integrate SCADA signals into OSS/ITSM workflows (alarms → incidents)
- Support reliability, monitoring, and compliance
B) Network Creation (Atoll / JBoss / legacy components)
- Support OSS Network Creation toolchain and integrations
- Maintain deployment and runtime stability (JBoss/WildFly), scripts, configs
- Support data pipelines, integrations, and operational troubleshooting
Must-have skills (either track A or B)
Track A:
- Zenon SCADA exposure (energy/facility monitoring, alarm handling)
- Understanding of industrial integration concepts (OPC UA etc. is a plus)
Track B:
- Atoll (RF planning / network creation) OR strong OSS network creation exposure
- JBoss/WildFly, Java, scripting
- Linux troubleshooting
Good to have
- CI/CD experience and automation mindset
- Kafka, ETL/integration tooling exposure
- ITIL operations familiarity
⚠️ Mandatory requirements
- Fluent in Swedish & English
- Lived continuously in Sweden for the last 3+ years
- Eligible for security clearance
- Onsite/hybrid availability in Stockholm
