Kazancı Holding is establishing a centralized AI & Data Directorate to drive artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and data governance capabilities across its group companies.

We are looking for a senior leader who can take AI from experimentation to production — and from data to measurable business value.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the Group-wide AI & Data Strategy (1–3–5 year roadmap)
• Lead enterprise AI initiatives from use-case ideation to industrialization
• Build and manage teams covering: Artificial Intelligence & Advanced Analytics, Data Engineering & Architecture, Data Governance & Quality, Master Data Management (MDM),
• Design and oversee scalable data platform architectures (Lakehouse / Data Fabric),
• Establish data governance, quality, lineage, and ownership models,
• Partner with business units to deliver measurable business value through AI,
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on AI and data-driven transformation,
• Translate data and AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.

✅ Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields,
• 15+ years of experience in AI, Data, Analytics, or Advanced Technology roles,
• Proven leadership experience in building and scaling enterprise AI & data platforms
• Strong knowledge of: AI / ML lifecycle & MLOps, Data engineering & architecture, Data governance and master data management,
• Experience in complex, multi-company or enterprise environments preferred,
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives,
• Fluency in English (minimum B2) for effective communication in international projects.
