Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Python development
- Hands-on experience with AI systems, preferably agentic AI architectures
- Experience calling and integrating APIs
- Experience with async or streaming data
- Strong knowledge of Git (branches, pull requests, merge conflicts)
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL (Postgres is a plus)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work onsite at least 2 days per week
