We are looking for a motivated and skilled IT Project Manager who will support and lead a variety of technology-driven initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with business teams, technical experts, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery from planning to implementation. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with solid technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Project Manager

Location: Jankowo Gdańskie (hybrid work)

Education & Experience:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in IT projects (development, infrastructure, or similar)
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope

Project Management Skills:

• Solid knowledge of project management methods (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience with PM tools (e.g. Planner, MS Project)
• Ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and risk registers

Technical Background:

• Good understanding of software development lifecycle / IT infrastructure concepts
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, QA, DevOps, etc.
• Capability to translate business requirements into technical tasks (with the team)

People & Communication:

• Excellent communication (written and spoken) with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, and demos

Personal Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of ownership, reliability, and organization
