About the team:

Joining Everyday Labs entails contributing to the success of, but not restricted to, the following list of growing squads in the team:

• Stack: noon’s B2B fintech platform, with a near-term mission to enable seamless financing for marketplace sellers. We’re building frictionless onboarding, fast disbursement, and transparent repayment experiences directly within the Seller Portal.

• Mesh: a new initiative aimed at enabling agentic applications for a wide range of internal and external users. Mesh will define and build out the Model Context Protocol (MCP) layers and the supporting infrastructure required to adapt Noon’s applications to this emerging, conversational-first interaction model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the architecture and technical strategy with engineering leadership
• Mentor and perform in-depth code reviews for your engineering peers.
• Opinionate on design and implementation of highly scalable, reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Define and champion best practices for performance optimization, security, accessibility (WCAG) across frontends.
• Proactively monitor and ensure application health and scalability by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical bottlenecks and memory leaks.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps.

Technical Requirements:

• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frameworks (e.g., React, Svelte) and meta-frameworks (NextJS etc.)
• High-level system design principles, with a penchant for design systems and consistent UX
• Deep knowledge of performance tools (Lighthouse, pagespeed.web.dev) and build systems (Webpack, Vite etc.).
• Proven ability to address cross-team architectural trade-offs.
• Mastery of CI/CD and monitoring within cloud platforms like Google Cloud.
• Understands the weightage of analytics and business impact of the code delivered
• A supporter of resilient systems (failing fast, but gracefully)

Nice to Have:

• Architectural Vision: Experience designing and implementing solutions that support multi-tenant architecture or different user personas (e.g., seller vs. agent).
• Agentic UI/UX: Practical exposure to conversational UI design or experience integrating AI models (LLMs) into interactive web interfaces (key for Mesh).
• Platform Integration: Experience in cross-platform UI frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) for alternative form factors.
