Role Description
The EUC (End User Computing) Level 1 Engineer will provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user IT issues. Responsibilities include installing and configuring hardware and software, managing user accounts, assisting with peripheral devices, and maintaining documentation. This is a contract role, requiring technical service delivery on-site in Bergen.
