Senior Full Stack Developer – Dubai

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a growing tech team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable platforms, owning architecture, and working across the full stack in a fast-paced environment.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, Express, NestJS, and React / Next.js
• Architect and manage PostgreSQL databases using Prisma ORM
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket)
• Work with Docker and containerized environments
• Deploy, scale, and manage services using Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed clusters)
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3) and Cloudflare
• Configure Nginx, SSL certificates, and bash scripts
• Write and maintain unit tests and E2E tests
• Contribute to frontend architecture using React 18+, Next.js 13+, and modern state management tools (Context, Zustand, TanStack / React Query)
• Work in a monorepo setup (Turborepo / NX)
• Build responsive and accessible UIs using Material Tailwind and Shadcn UI
• Lead features end-to-end: planning, architecture, deployment, and optimization

🛠 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience
• Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript
• Solid experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud infrastructure
• Experience working with scalable and high-traffic systems
• eCommerce experience is mandatory
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Arabic speaking is mandatory
