We are looking for a Packaging Deployment Leader who will work in İzmir and be responsible for the plan and execute packaging deployment projects, involve in design discussions with internal and external stake holders, and ensure successful completion of projects.

As a Packaging Deployment Leader, you will closely communicate with internal business partners as well as external suppliers located worldwide. This position will enable you to enhance your expertise & experience in the newest technologies in packaging, especially printing & pre-press and project-based work

You will assume responsibility to ensure finished goods meet market expectations, compulsory packaging information requirements, and Philip Morris International Policies and Standards.

Your Day To Day

Manage product design data in Product Lifecycle Management system,
Respond with viable solutions to market demands via overall innovative product, featuring special printing elements and formats,
Work on multiple projects in parallel
Keep abreast of improved capabilities / new developments at PMI product deployment, printing suppliers and production centers,
Communicate efficiently with various business partners with different cultural background and working style,
Cope with an increasingly changing environment.

You

Hold a university degree.
Have experience in printing technologies and packaging related areas (tooling preparation, inks, color management, etc.).
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention to detail
Are collaborative, a team player, customer oriented and a quick learner.
Prepress/artwork experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferable
Experience in project management will be an advantage.
