We are looking for an experienced Business Solutions Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping scalable digital solutions that streamline operations, enhance data quality, and empower teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Implementing and enhancing CRM solution to support commercial and operational teams
• Integrating internal and third-party systems through APIs to ensure seamless data flow
• Supporting and improving IT service desk processes to deliver reliable user support
• Driving data quality initiatives through structured data management and cleansing
• Designing and developing business applications using Microsoft Power Apps

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business Solutions Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can enable them
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and system integrations
• Experience working with data quality, governance, and automation initiatives
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
• A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on scalability and business value
