Organisational Change Manager - Turkish based
We are supporting a global client of ours in their search for an Organisational Change Manager to support an S/4HANA transformation programme for a client of ours in Azerbaijan.
Start: January 2025
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Remote
Language: English speaking
Role/Responsibilities;
- Change Readiness and Adoption: Create and implement standards and templates to support change readiness and adoption.
- Change Impact Analysis: Conduct change impact analysis and lead change impact sessions for high-impact, strategic change initiatives.
- Group Impact Analysis: Analyse change impact by group to ensure capacity for adoption.
- Knowledge in delivering SAP transformation programmes is beneficial.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and capability to turn your hand to support other new initiatives.
- Strong communication skills.
