We are supporting a global client of ours in their search for an Organisational Change Manager to support an S/4HANA transformation programme for a client of ours in Azerbaijan.

Location: Remote

Language: English speaking

Role/Responsibilities;

• Change Readiness and Adoption: Create and implement standards and templates to support change readiness and adoption.
• Change Impact Analysis: Conduct change impact analysis and lead change impact sessions for high-impact, strategic change initiatives.
• Group Impact Analysis: Analyse change impact by group to ensure capacity for adoption.
• Knowledge in delivering SAP transformation programmes is beneficial.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and capability to turn your hand to support other new initiatives.
• Strong communication skills.
