Job Description:

Lead frontend development at an early-stage tech startup, shaping the technical architecture and building user-facing products from the ground up. This high-impact, high-ownership role is ideal for an engineer who wants to define both the product and the engineering culture, playing a pivotal role in the company’s success in a fast-paced, 0→1 environment.

What you will do:

  • Design and implement scalable frontend architecture, establishing best-in-class engineering practices.
  • Collaborate directly with founders and designers to turn product vision into exceptional user experiences.
  • Help define engineering culture, participate in hiring, and mentor future frontend engineers.

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of frontend development experience using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Experience in early-stage environments (pre-Series A preferred), building products from scratch.
  • Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong product intuition.
