Are you a recent graduate with a passion for code, cloud, and cybersecurity? Do you want to build, automate, and defend the systems that power modern technology? We're searching for an ambitious and curious graduate to join our elite team as a DevSecOps Engineer. This isn't your typical entry-level role. This is a launchpad. You'll be personally mentored by industry veterans and groomed to become a future Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the fast-growing field of DevSecOps.

Your Mission: Build, Automate, Defend

You'll be in the heart of the action, learning to engineer the infrastructure that allows us to deliver software quickly, reliably, and—most importantly—securely.

You will be trained to:

• Master CI/CD Automation: Learn to design and implement sophisticated CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines using modern tools like GitHub Actions and cloud-native solutions. You'll write the code that automates everything from building to testing and deployment.
• Conquer the Cloud & Containers: Master the art of modern application delivery by containerizing code with Docker and deploying it into Kubernetes environments on AWS or GCP. You'll focus on how software is successfully moved from a developer's laptop into a live, scalable cloud cluster.
• Security Automation: Contribute to our DevSecOps culture by learning to integrate security into the development lifecycle. You’ll receive hands-on training in automated security scanning (SAST/DAST) and the best practices for managing digital secrets and certificates.
• Develop Powerful Scripts & Tools: Sharpen your coding skills in Python or Go. You'll build custom tools and scripts to automate security checks, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring within a Linux environment.

Who We're Looking For

We value passion, potential, and a hunger to learn over a long list of experiences. We're looking for someone who:

• Is a recent graduate in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Has experience with a programming or scripting language like Python, Go, or JavaScript. You don't need to be an expert, but you must be eager to become one.
• Experience containerizing applications using Docker and Docker Compose. Bonus if you have exposure to Kubernetes orchestration or Helm charts.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment and using Git for version control; additional knowledge of basic networking and CI/CD automation (e.g., Jenkins or GitHub Actions) will be a plus.
• Is a natural problem-solver and a lifelong learner with an adaptable, can-do attitude.
